The magnet is a Neodymium pot magnet which can support 165kg, with a breaking force of up to 200kg of pull perpendicular to the magnetic face while in direct contact with a mild steel surface of the same thickness. The handle is made from 6mm 316 Stainless Steel, the best marine-graded steel that's available on the market. Handles have been laser cut and CNC folded with rounded edges, this is to ensure the diver's safety when using it, as well as making sure that their suit and equipment stays safe. The handles have also been sandblasted for an improved finish. The magnet handle features a scraper, a great addition for work in areas with hard/heavy marine growth. The eye-nut and screw are m8 A4 making them a 316 Stainless Steel, they have been secured with Loctite 243. The final detail is a 15mm hole at the end of the handle, a perfect fit for all carabiners.
